Monsta Tac One Day Seal & Lay is a single-component polyurethane primer and sealer for use on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. Monsta Tac One Day Seal & Lay has excellent resistance to high temperatures and water when cured, it is excellent in blocking excessive residual moisture up to 98% RH in unheated concretes and up to 85% RH in heated concrete, while solidifying and strengthening the surface up to 2mm in depth.
